The primary mission of Point Loma People for Progress is to help assure and expedite the completion of the original Liberty Station vision . . . to develop a new community that provides its residents, and all those in Point Loma and throughout San Diego, with a waterfront recreational, cultural and educational destination that all can enjoy.

“P3” works with the City Council, Planning Commission and developer to alleviate obstacles and facilitate timely construction of a park and jogging path, restoration of historic Naval Training Center buildings, and installation of amenities like a marketplace of boutique shops, hotels and restaurants.
